Hospitality Digital Operations & Automation Assistant (m/f/d)

You will support the development and operation of our digital process landscape in hotel and restaurant management. From system setups and data maintenance to guest journey & online check-in to automation and finance workflows: with your structural and technical expertise, you will ensure that processes run smoothly and require less manual intervention.

Your responsibilities

• Support with PMS/tool setups, master data, templates, and standards
• Collaboration on automation and integration (e.g., Make/Zapier/API): testing, documenting, monitoring
• Support for guest journey, online check-in, messaging, and payment processes
• Collaboration on invoicing/export processes, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain SOPs/checklists and support rollouts as part of a team

Full-time, part-time, or working student positions available. Hybrid: partly onsite, partly remote.
