The gable on the west side of the building with terraces and balcony overlooks a 200 m² garden in the inner courtyard. The east side opens onto Obere Breite Strasse with a small square facing Grüne Turm Strasse. The origins of the house go back several centuries, while the façade dates back to the 1930s.

The apartments have been extensively renovated and furnished in a modern, high-quality style. Clear, simple designs meet solid oak parquet flooring in the bedroom and living area, natural slate in the bathroom, designer fittings, flat-screen TV, free WiFi and fully equipped fitted kitchens with oven, extractor fan, dishwasher and coffee machine.

A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available in the basement (for a fee). We only rent out vacation apartments; room service is not included in the price, but can be booked by arrangement.

Free parking 650m away at Scheffelplatz.

There is no reception at the Stadthaus - this is located at Gut Hügle in Bottenreute, just 8 km away. You can also enjoy breakfast at Gut Hügle or in the numerous cafés right next door. After paying in advance, you will receive the access code for the combination lock. Check-in is possible from 16:00, check-out until 11:00. Late check-out until 14:00 can be booked for a fee.
