The west-facing gable, with its terraces and balcony, overlooks an approximately 200 m² courtyard garden. The east side opens onto Obere Breite Straße, with a small square at the corner of Grüne Turm Straße. The house dates back several centuries, while its façade is from the 1930s.

The holiday apartments have been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard in a modern style. Clean, simple designs are paired with solid oak parquet in the living and sleeping areas, natural slate in the bathroom, designer fittings, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and fully equipped fitted kitchens with an oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and coffee machine.

A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee) is available in the basement. We rent out holiday apartments only; room service is not included in the price but can be added by arrangement. Affordable parking is 650m away at Scheffelplatz. Rates: 4€ - day ticket, 48€ - long-term parking. Free on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

There is no reception at the Stadthaus; it is at Gut Hügle in Bottenreute, just 8 km away. You can also enjoy breakfast at Gut Hügle or at one of the many cafés right next door. After prepayment, you will receive the access code for the key safe. Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Paid late check-out until 13:00 can be added.
