We are a family-run adventure farm with a colorful mix of accommodation, gastronomy, event and leisure activities. Our dynamically growing farm is part of the Hügle Group: DWH Immobilien GmbH, Wolfgang Hügle GmbH & Co KG and the holding company DWH GmbH.

Your place of work is directly on the farm 8km outside Ravensburg in Bottenreute, surrounded by our cherry orchards.

Your tasks:‍

• Responsibility for the operational management & control of the entire restaurant team
  
• Ensuring the specified quality standards, as well as employee management and training
• Implementation of strategies to increase sales
  
• Active cooperation in service
• Planning and implementation of events

You should have that down:

• You are open-minded and have no problem approaching people
• You are always friendly and have a neat appearance
• Language skills in German and English
• Flexibility in working hours (holiday and weekend work)
• High quality awareness and standards, service orientation, commitment and pleasure in dealing with guests
• You are structured, organized, think strategically and have good communication and teamwork skills
