About us:
The Gut Hügle Group operates hospitality, real estate, and tourism businesses in southern Germany. The group includes, among other things, apartment and hotel properties—currently comprising 168 units—as well as other operating companies.
To further professionalize and scale our operations, we are looking for a financial accountant (m/f/d) who is proficient in operational accounting, works in a structured manner, and is eager to take on responsibility.
Your tasks:
- Ongoing financial accounting for multiple companies
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Asset Accounting
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Account Reconciliation and Payment Transactions
- Collaboration with tax advisors, the controlling department, and management
- Monitoring of deadlines and tax-related processes
- Support for digitization, automation, and optimization of internal processes
Your profile:
- Completed business training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in financial accounting
- Proficiency in using DATEV or similar systems
- A structured, independent, and precise approach to work
- Strong digital skills and confidence in working with modern software and process structures
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Reliability and discretion
