The Gut Hügle Group operates hospitality, property and tourism businesses in southern Germany. The group includes apartment and hotel operations with a current total of 168 units, as well as other operating companies.

To further professionalise and scale our organisation, we are looking for a financial accountant (m/f/d) who is confident handling day-to-day accounts, works in a structured way and is ready to take responsibility.

Your responsibilities:

• Ongoing financial accounting for several companies
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed-asset accounting
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Reconciling accounts and payment transactions
• Working with tax advisers, controlling and management
• Monitoring deadlines and tax-related processes
• Supporting the digitalisation, automation and optimisation of internal processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Experience in financial accounting
• Confident using DATEV or comparable systems
• Structured, independent and precise approach to work
• Strong digital aptitude and confidence with modern software and processes
• Business-minded, pragmatic approach to finding solutions
• Reliability and discretion
