We are a family-run adventure business offering a varied mix of accommodation, food and drink, events and leisure activities. Our dynamic, growing estate is part of the Hügle Group: DWH Immobilien GmbH, Wolfgang Hügle GmbH & Co KG and the holding company DWH GmbH.

Your workplace is right at the estate (about 8 km outside Ravensburg, in Bottenreute), surrounded by our cherry orchards.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading a restaurant shift and coordinating the team
• Keeping operations running smoothly during the shift, including preparation and, where needed, opening or closing
• Point of contact for guests and team members during service
• Putting our quality and service standards into practice and monitoring them
• Taking an active role in serving guests
• Helping onboard new team members
• Supporting events and functions
• Handling the till and end-of-day close, depending on experience

What you bring:

• Experience in food service or hospitality, ideally with some initial leadership experience
• You are outgoing and feel comfortable approaching people
• You are always friendly and present yourself well
• You stay on top of things even in stressful situations
• German language skills (English is an advantage)
• Flexible working hours (including public holidays and weekends)
• You are organised, structured and a team player
